I got my Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I've been at this for  more than 12 years.  

Ups and downs.  What has kept me going is the inclusive environment at Hayabusa Academy and the relief from daily concerns and stress that happens when I am training.

I have never felt ready for any if the belt promotions.  But I am very, very grateful.
